Bel-Aire Neighborhood Block Party! Fresh Fest’s goal: bring the neighborhood together. Not for any lofty reason. Just because community is worth celebrating, and the people of Bel-Aire are worth knowing. This event is open to the public, all are welcome - whether you live in the Bel Aire neighborhood or not!
